Individual & Couples Therapy

Insurance & Self-Pay

I am a self-pay practice and do not accept insurance. This allows the work to remain focused on your needs rather than insurance requirements, including diagnoses, treatment limits, or session frequency mandates. Self-pay also offers greater privacy and flexibility, supporting care that moves at a pace and depth that fits you — not a third-party system.

If requested, I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company to inquire about possible out-of-network reimbursement.

Fees

Initial Assessment               $220/hr

The initial assessment is a collaborative first session focused on understanding what brings you in, your goals, and what support may be most helpful. It’s also a chance for you to ask questions and get a feel for whether my model and I would be a good fit for you.

Individual Therapy              $190/hr

Individual therapy focuses on understanding how your nervous system, history, and current stressors shape your reactions and relationships today. Together, we work toward increased capacity, steadier self-trust, and choices that feel less driven by survival and more by intention.

Couples Therapy                   $230/hr

Couples therapy supports partners in understanding their patterns, improving communication, and rebuilding trust or connection. The work focuses on helping both people feel heard while creating healthier ways of relating moving forward. You don't need to have "major issues" to benefit from couple's work.

Good Faith Estimate Notice

Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of therapy services if you are not using insurance or are choosing to self-pay.

A Good Faith Estimate outlines the anticipated charges for services based on the information available at the time it is provided. This estimate is not a contract and actual charges may differ if your treatment needs change.

You may request a Good Faith Estimate at any time and will be provided one:

  • At least 1 business day in advance for services scheduled within 3–9 days

  • At least 3 business days in advance for services scheduled 10 or more days out

If you receive a bill that is $400 or more higher than your Good Faith Estimate, you may have the right to dispute the bill.
